Took me a bit to get into this book at first, once I worked out and got to know the characters, but I’m glad I stuck with it. It was an enjoyable easy listen with enough interesting plots to keep me wanting to listen. I kept forgetting Sally was the dog at first each time she was mentioned. There was a nice connection between the characters, it’s a story about family, the health struggles they face, life after loss, connection and believing in what some may feel is the impossible.

A well written, well told story, I wasn’t sure about it at first but then there was something about it that hooked me in. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book and how much I was able to feel for the main character. I love how the author really took us on a journey of raw emotion. I wanted a bit more when the story ended: to know what happens next, and how the other characters felt at times, so I guess the book left me wanting more.

A nice (mostly without giving too much away) story about family, relationships and the joys, heartaches and challenges that come with ageing. Although it took me a bit to get used to the narrator, I thought he did a good job, although the female character voices were obviously tricky. I did find it an easy listen, the characters grew on me and I found myself feeling for and emphasising with them.

Loved the narration of this book and the interesting strong female characters. Felt like you were hearing their personal diaries of their struggles, gaining a real insight into their lives, some which were very relatable. It was humerus and somewhat jaw droopingly shocking along the way...with some cliches and predictable moments. There were lots of great lessons and moments of reflection to take from the women’s stories in this book. The only thing I’m not convinced by is Liam being an actual nice guy despite the horrible comments about Ruby at their Wedding.

Like the Friend Zone I found this book an enjoyable easy and entertaining listen. It’s a typical romantic comedy and often predictable as ROMComs are but I seem to love the characters Abby Jimenez creates. Although Sloan and Jason’s relationship and characteristics seemed very similar to that of Kristen and Josh’s in the first book, it didn’t bother me a whole lot. Did for a bit however when they couldn’t seem to work out schedule or deal with any time apart when on the road. Anyway if your looking for a typical ROMcom that it’s enjoyable to read give this series a go. I loved it, I also downloaded the playlist on my Spotify

This book is my second favourite out of the 6 of this series that I've listened to so far! I may be a little biased being a huge fan of the TV series too! Davina Porter is an amazing narrator too. If you love a drama romance and a story about family relationships give Outlander a go.

My favourite so far if all the Outlander books, so much happens in this book (I am a little biased and Outlander Obsessed at the moment though!). I never thought in a million years I’d ever listen to or get through such a long romance novel, but here I am. Davina Porter is an amazing narrator I love how she is able to do the different voices and accents for the characters If your an a Outlander fan this audiobook is for you!

I tried to listen to this audiobook several times, but found the characters and narration rather dull and boring. Got over 3hrs in and nothing much had happed at all. Maybe it gets more interesting? Doesn’t sound like it’s worth it or does from other reviews Lots of “and then he said“ and “ then she said” Very repetitive and monotone I guess I just didn’t find the storyline of a dull teen romance all that interesting and the characters and their lives didn’t really interest me. Especially because nothing seemed to happen at all. Glad it was free
