In short, many useful advices backed by scientific research and studies. If you want to change some bad habits, and to be overall more efficient in everyday life by..well as a title suggest, outsmarting your ancient and at times "dumb" brain. Definitely will listen again, so it sinks. Well worth your time.

Absolutely loved the book. Packed with great information on how to live better, healthier and more meaningful life.
For those who are not able to stick with a plan on self improvement and your lazy self ( "inner bitch" as Joe Rogan would say) always gets better of you. Journey of thousand miles starts with one step. Just start with one day, and live it to your highest standard, then next, and next after that..

I really enjoyed this book and recommend not only to those who wish to start a business or excel in a career. Heap of invaluable advices on self improvement and life in general. Probably will read again at some point. Liked the narrator too. I love when author reads his own creation - engaging and passionate.

A must read for every curious mind. Amount of information and facts packed in one book is enormous...Just made me hungry for more books on history of our magnificent planet and society. Looking forward for Homo Deus. Read it.
