Summarised the geopolitical context of America over the next 100 years. Military and technological developments, along with international tension points go along way to visualising vividly the possibilities in our near future. Fun and easy to follow.

Pretty action packed near the end and full of great examples of how to delve into the art of reading. There are countless references to books worth reading and why. Most importantly it encourages you to get to the how of deep reading.

This book really cuts through the enormous amount of noise in the fitness world. Dispelling myths and teaching true principles of weight gain, weight loss and in general teaching you some useful biological science. Probably more geared towards a body builder, but it's not going to do anything but benefit the health-inclined male. Personally, I did get bigger, leaner and stronger after listening to the book. Only cut down stars because it was pretty ruthless to revisit. It's very entertaining the first time though, the voice actor was above average.

Look, if you like history this is your guy. There's absolutely nothing wrong with either the story or performance. The pace is good, never dwelling upon any one idea for too long, yet succinctly adding to your comprehension of the books thesis. I felt like I had been taught a intellectual secret. The authors many years of hard work have payed dividends, with what feels like to me, an answer to the question of why particular races succeed over others. A must read.
