I thought I’d give this a try to see if I could get any tips on this improving my conversation skills. Did not get any useful tips.

It may be helpful for teenagers or young adults fresh out of school.

I found some of the language a bit rude and politically incorrect.
Using words like stupid and shut way too often just describes the authors vocabulary.

The narrator is a robot...no I take that back, a robot would have be more entertaining.

I try not leave bad reviews but I hope I can say someone the money.

The message eventually comes through

I was about to abandoned this after listening to the first 50% of this novel but, I persisted and lucky I did. If you stick past all the sarcasm and poor jokes, Ruby eventually does a great job of explaining how the human mind works.

Her experience in psychology and neuroscience has paid off as she could clearly explain some difficult theories such as emotions, brain chemistry and therapies in layman's terms.

This is a must if anyone who is or has dealt with depression and anxiety. She shows some great techniques to manage the monkey mind and use mindfulness to help many situations.

I found it difficult to relate to her personal life story, but she does a fabulous job of explaining the mind talk to a person who is suffering from mental illness. I think many will relate to this and will enjoy her descriptions.

The secret is an insightful tale that provides success stories about mind power.

Once you start using the theory in your real life, results just happen.
The hardest thing is to clear your mind in a world so full of crap. turn off the world around you before you start using this.

The trick is to start small and be amazed by the results. Then you think how far can I go. The universe is abundant. Start writing your own life the way you want it.

This is a great introductory to Body Building for someone who knows little about it.

It is not a program and you won't learn any great body building secrets from this short story.
I think the description should be better suited to match the product.

P.S. The Narrator is a Robot
