Story
"No killing Goblins." So reads the sign outside of the Wandering Inn, a small building run by a young woman named Erin Solstice. She serves pasta with sausage, blue fruit juice, and dead acid flies on request. And she comes from another world. Ours. It’s a bad day when Erin finds herself transported to a fantastical world and nearly gets eaten by a dragon. She doesn’t belong in a place where monster attacks are a fact of life, and where humans are one species among many. But she must adapt to her new life. Or die.

You'll laugh loudly at times and cry at others this was so much better than I imagined it could have been.
I've read a lot of books close to 50,000 chapters and this book I'd highly recommend to anyone. Now one of my favourites.

So the endings could certainly use some work but this was certainly one of the better ones. I mean it honestly only needs like one more sentence usually to seem like an actual ending.

Story
Temptation comes in many different forms. Jack Masterson thought he knew what temptation was, and he thought he could handle it. He was, of course, wrong in every sense of the word. Life as a vampire is defined by constant, seductive temptation. So far, Jack has managed to get by, thanks to the help of his childhood friend, Katie, and his loyal maid, Ryoko. But when a new enemy arises that threatens not just the town but the people closest to him, he’s left at a crossroads.

My biggest gripe with this book is it doesn't feel like a whole book more like a bunch of chapters. I feel like I'm half way through a book.

Story
"Dude! It finally came!" My roommate barely withheld his excitement as he barreled into the living room of our apartment with a package in his hand. "Check it out, Jacob." He smiled as he tore at the brown paper surrounding his purchase. As he ripped the covering off the package, bits and pieces scattered all across the floor of the living room like confetti. For a second, I thought about lecturing Todd about not making a mess of our apartment, but who was I kidding? This place was already a shithole. At least some half-assed confetti would make it feel a little livelier.

The MC is unrealistically dumb at times but this story has all the elements to make it great.
And while it has a lot of sad undertones it finishes on a great note that leaves you feeling satisfied.

Good book

The story is good and has plenty of interesting events and details. Only downside is the main character is often dumber then can be believed wondering questions where the answers are plain and obvious. Otherwise a great read.
