If you're interested in IFS, this is a great book to help walk one through the process and overcome challenges that come up. Unfortunately I found the narration quite bland and boring and struggled through it at times.

Osher's performance of this book really brings it to life and makes it very engaging. Inspiring story about his mental health struggles and personal growth.
