Could not stop listening!

This is the first book I've listened to from start to finish without becoming bored of it. This book is absoultely fanatstic! I could listen to James Smith talk all day, he is direct and straight to the point! This book has 100% positivitly impacted my life and given me so much extra confidence in my own fitness journey.
