Sounding out individual syllables, at level 7, like Mark Frobose , for slow learners...for 26 hours. Another very painful Innovative Language listen. Odd that Innovative Language needs 50 titles to teach Japanese.

Worst Japanese pronunciation ever.

If you want to hear unintelligible Japanese spoken with a Californian, "Oh my God...whatever" accent, this is for you. Audible needs to get native speakers to review material before it is released.

Possibly the worst attempt at speaking French outside Joey from Friends. It sounds like someone with absolutely no knowledge of French reading for the first time in an American accent.

Very hard to listen to a Russian accent so thick it sounds like a cartoon villain stereotype.

I work with about 90 native Hindi and assorted other Indian language speakers and they cannot understand a lot of Pimsleur Hindi when they hear it directly. They say the words and phrases are very antiquated and that nobody actually speaks like that. So, the course should be heavily discounted and a Modern Hindi compiled and recorded.

None of Sarah Retter's Spanish, German, French and Italian titles have a native speaker. Barry G Benson reading Italian is particularly painful to listen to. Can't wait for the Russian, Hebrew and Arabic instalments

Probably the best language series of all the 500+ titles in 27 languages I have purchased. And unlike Pimsleur, not mostly spoken in English. You will be speaking and thinking in Italian in no time.
