The Bodine ranch and resort in western Montana is a family business, an idyllic spot for vacationers. A little over thirty thousand acres and home to four generations, it's kept running by Bodine Longbow with the help of a large staff, including new hire Callen Skinner. There was another member of the family once: Bodine's aunt, Alice, who ran off before Bodine was born. She never returned, and the Longbows don't talk about her much. The younger ones, who never met her, quietly presume she's dead.

The narrow stairway inside the mountain led to a door that opened into a huge marble plateau. Upon this stood a stone circle of nine of the largest hunks of polished crystal Tory had ever seen. A turbulent cloud erupted overhead, its core alive with electromagnetic activity. For 20 years the kingdoms of Prydyn, Dumnonia and Dalriada have prospered in peace under the guidance of their High King, Maelgwn of Gwynedd, and his good Queen, Tory.

The adventures of the past bought to life in an amazingly complex, imaginitive form.
Ive seen and felt through these stories the addictive want to be apart of the chosen.

These stories feel real, its like living on the edge, not fantasy. Like the time space contimum is revolving around us all snd we are small players in the adventure.

I highly recommend this story and all in the series. They are addictive.

Interesting story line, it starts of slow, I was not sure I was going to like it. It also took me s little while to get used to the narators voice and inflections.

I really rnjoyed it. I enjoyed the sarcasm humor, once the charactors are fleshed out the story becomes much more.

I will be looking for more from this author and narator.

Definitely recomend, keep an open mind.
