Highly recommended book I read in only a few days due to the in depth science back, story filled content. A book that is based on scientific research but uniquely written for any one with a non academic background.

This book is one of the best books I have read in many years and I read 4-5 per month. The content is superb, no fluff or gimmicks, just true actionable value items that are helping us to make a difference and change lives. Thanks Daniel for providing the gems in there and the chapter that has sparked a new evolution in my business it has brought us further Clariti and reminded me that we are on the right track.
