Story
Unleash your greatest potential by slowing down and doing less. At a time when being busy is worn as a badge of honour and we are accustomed to filling every waking moment with (often useless or unpleasant) activity, Do Less Be More explores why switching off, or at the very least slowing down, is vital to ensure we achieve what we want. Busyness is a barrier to self-reflection, a hindrance to novel solutions and a smokescreen to clarity.

A speech not a story.

Great content. Glad of the Australian accent. The intonation was grating on the nerves!! It sounded like the main narrator was reading a school students speech. The book wasn’t read as a story but as a speech presented to a crowd. I will be returning this book.

Narrator didn't do any favours!

I do not get anything new from this book. The lengthy disclaimer at the beginning is very daunting and off putting. The robotic voice of the narrator did nothing for me or the book!!
It seemed to be all opinion. Very little backed up by fact or experience.

Most of the general population is not well informed about a common condition affecting the liver, that affects an estimated 29 million people in America alone. Up to 6.5 million of these people, will go on to experience inflammation in their livers or what is also referred to as "steatohepatitis." Many will eventually experience cirrhosis in their livers, meaning scarring/lesions that will begin to appear within the organ, which is irreversible and that can eventually lead to death or in the need for a life-saving liver transplant.
