Dear Eckhart thanks once again for your revelling inspiration, great humour and for being part of my coming to live my life consciously to be able to step outside me and become the observer of myself and not a trapped soul on the workings of the mind.

Story
When we resist the present moment, we close the door to happiness. But when we align with what is, we access the source of lasting peace and contentment. On The Secret of Happiness, Eckhart Tolle invites you to experience how your sense of joy and fulfillment radically changes through the awakening of consciousness and the realization of who you are beyond the content of your thoughts.

A clear continuation to "The Power of Now"

Eckhart Tolle delivers a funny and interesting continuation of how to be in the now by accepting life as it is, and flow with it rather than offer resistance or try to explain it with the mind labelling. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone living in the modern world trapped in form and the mechanic responses of our brain. Thanks Eckhart! Rodolfo Cares
