The first issue was the male narrator, no problem with his actual voice but when Kyra describes Rich's voice as deep and rumbling, this voice actor was absolutely nothing like that so that bothered me. The next was the sheep incident and that is just appalling and criminal not funny. I don't get the parents relationship with their sons. These are adult guys with loads of money, not even living off their parents wealth, they are wealthy in their own right and yet their parents travel with them and control their personal relationships? who would be interested in any guy who was still tied to his parents in that way...big turn off. The reason for hating Rich. I think it was justified but then she starts making excuses for Rich's behaviour. Poor rich boy didn't want his friends and coach getting in trouble, she missed out on a scholarship and ended up being stuck in a small town with her horrible father for the rest of her life. Ruined her life is accurate. I would be mad as hell too. But she talks to him and then sees his point of view. The wedding plan! Why didn't they run off to Vegas and get married? have the wedding hit the papers and be done with it. The elaborate scheme was completely unnecessary and made absolutely no sense. Sorry but I just didn't enjoy it

this book seemed to be missing a bit. The clues I thought were obvious but for some reason Morgan kept heading in a completely opposite direction, I didn't understand why she didn't go to her sisters immediately when she noticed a problem with her 'gifts' they would have supported her and it would have protected them if the need arose, it all just seemed a bit silly for some reason because the Blackmore Sisters is my favourite book series from Leighann Dobbs.

I am not a fan of sports of any kind but this series has turned me into a Hockey freak. Loved how this was a departure from the storyline of the first book and can't wait for the next installment on audio.

I don't know if it's just me but I'm struggling to read a book about a woman who's fiancee ran off with her best friend then the best friend stalks her to the cruise with said fiancee and she's not telling them to F off. Let's hear them out, let's have dinner?? If the best friend came on her own that would be one thing but bringing the ex fiancee is unbelievable and I don't know anyone who would be ok enough with this scenario to go along with the ex best friends request. I got so annoyed I stopped reading, sorry. Even if you weren't mad or hurt you would just ignore them completely, surely.

the sex is hot here but I just wasn't a fan of Penny. I guess being older than 40 I was finding her behaviour very high school, but it does show that the character is very young and naive. She is only in college and doesn't have much experience with men or even boys which is an accurate portrayal of her character but I would then find it very difficult to believe that James would think she was older. I don't know many guys of his age that would put up with her, a guy who clearly married young and almost divorced at 27 would not be bothering with a serious relationship with a teenager and though she might not look 19 her behaviour actually screamed 16 to me. maybe I'm just too old for this book because I also don't like controlling men. 5 stars for the hit sex though.

the final book in this series was short but sweet with a little drama thrown in and I loved it. Well done Johnathan and Julie, your first series was a fabulous ride and I look forward to your future collaborations.

I've attempted to listen to this twice. the first time I stopped because who catches their boyfriend having sex with someone else and wants to talk about it, doesn't pack up and leave or doesn't think the relationship is over then and there. The second time was not only did she stay but starts cleaning up a place she has been in for 1 night and when the accountant arrives she starts questioning his business. what business is it of hers? she doesn't know these people, it was just bazaar and those things made me dislike the lead character immensely so I have been unable to continue. Disappointing because the synopsis sounded appealing.

I have really come to love Johnathan's writing, he is funny and poetic and hearing him read it only makes it better. Julie as always, love your storytelling, you are the reason most of us jumped into this series with such enthusiasm. Love hearing Ava again as well, sexy voice without being overly mushy, she is one of my favourite narrators these days.
