Eight years have passed since the young Princess Bitterblue and her country were saved from the vicious King Leck. Now Bitterblue is the queen of Monsea, and her land is at peace. But the influence of her father, a violent psychopath with mind-altering abilities, lives on. Her advisers, who have run the country on her behalf since Leck's death, believe in a forward-thinking plan: to pardon all of those who committed terrible acts during Leck's reign and to forget every dark event that ever happened.

What disappointed you about Bitterblue?

It was a good book. A bit long though.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Either Teddy because he was so friendly and encouraging or Saff because ge was interesting and had a lot of depth although he was quite annoying he was very sensitive.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

It had good story.

Any additional comments?

Audible made this a very difficult process because i had already bought the book with 1 credit but it did not download onto my books even after I refreshed it. I would suggest making books easier/possible to purchase in the audible app on IPhones. This happened to me with another book as well. Please make it easier to download and purchase the book.
