A very concise and down to earth explanation of the dark web and how it is used. I finally understand block chain!

I really love this series. I was really glad to see RC Bray doing Skippy and Joe. Would be hard to like anyone else as much. This is a different style of performance and very enjoyable. I only gave it 4 though because I really love the books. I would have given it a 5 if it weren't for that. Great synergy with Kate Mulgrew btw.

The premise of this book is thoroughly offensive.

I returned this because the concept of buying slaves (albeit the first is an accident) is not what I want to read about. That all are women who have been mutilated is awful also. That the protagonist treats them nicely and promises not to rape them does not really help. The audio actor was good though and the writing was very engaging and entertaining. Actually, that makes it more upsetting because I was enjoying the pace. In the end, I can't get past that this is about someone who has bought women as slaves and keeps them as slaves.

I don't like romance. If you do, it's a great book

I'm not a fan of romance myself. The romance angle is not huge but a turn off for me. If you're ok with romance, it's pretty great.
