Fantastic story. I thought this was the final book but now I'm eagerly awaiting the next. My only critique is that the voice actors use really dofferent accents to pprtray the same characters. I wish they had worked together to standardise that a little better.

Insanely long, but worth every minute. Complex, detailed, interesting. Great for Game Of Thrones fans.

A fantastic and complex story matched with a brilliant performance. Packed with action and subterfuge, complex xharacters and motivation, and set in a facinating and foreign world that sometimes hits uncomfortably close to home.

A great stand-alone story to the world of Kiralia and Sachica. A fantastic prequel that introduces the story, and is a good listen for either fans of the series or those who've never read any of them. Definitely reccomend!

Fantastic story, eagrely moving on to it's sequel. The audiobook makes good use of sound effects to help set tones like that of ancient japan which adds to the story, and the 2 narrators helps differenciate the characters. Overall a great listen.
