Wendy Payson is a life coach and an author who has always dealt with relationship problems. A psychology graduate from Arden University, she has travelled since she was young for study, work and a deep passion that drives her to understand different people, different cultures and different approaches to life. Her passion, continuous research and many years working with people have made her a coach who aims to help people with the most varied relational problems with a particular focus on Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Her focus on abuse situations and methods of healing from toxic relationships finds its roots in her private life. Wendy herself survived a long period of abuse in a very important relationship. She hates rhetoric and trivial reasoning and is always open to looking at things from a new point of view, from an angle that is less obvious. She is curious and has many interests but is focused on understanding the dynamics of interaction between people. Today, a mom and wife, she has a great passion for the ocean, surfing and photos.
