Olivia Lewis-Brown is the award-winning playwright of the historical play Letters to Lenin, North to South, and the author of the children's novel Nanny Nimble Fingers. Olivia is the recipient of the Robert Beers Prize for writing excellence and holds a BA first-class honors degree in Screenwriting from the University of Central Lancashire. Olivia grew up highly dyslexic and suffered from dyscalculia. She was tutored by writer and author Andy Crabb (Poisoned Petals) who encouraged her throughout her education to begin writing stories for fun and to help instill a love of fiction and books. It was during her time as a student at UCLAN university that she began her career as a freelance writer. Olivia’s first play Letters to Lenin went on to win best new stage play at The Great Northern Creative Festival. The audio drama series has since been distributed on over forty-five different streaming platforms in four countries and is available to buy on Audible. Today Olivia owns the production company Magnus Albion Productions Limited producing film, audio, and online marketing content. She is also the founder of the blog for writers - www.screamwriter.blog dedicated to teaching others to write for various different entertainment mediums.
