MARINA's journey with writing stories begins as a teenager when she discovers the liberating power of storytelling. She loves languages and history, and she is interested in social matters, philosophy, and religion, all of which can be traced back to her writing. She writes Historical Fiction and Historical Romance, because she is fascinated by the past and its power to shape the present while helping to better prepare for the future. Her stories are all about people, their emotions, their passions, and their struggle for meaning and happiness in the face of adversity caused by significant historical events. She teaches English grammar when she is not writing. Her most recent educational endeavor focuses on English language acquisition via fiction audiobooks and movies.
