A retired respiratory therapist, Michael grew up in Texas, where he and his wife currently reside. He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, playing guitar, and reading or listening to books. He can often be found in zero gravity or on the patio, working on a manuscript or watching videos of his grandsons, Asher and Hazel. Though his favorite genre to read is science fiction, he enjoys writing Christian fiction most.
Michael’s novels combine Biblical characters and events with imagined people and situations. “I want to engage people who have never read the Bible or Christians who have difficulty relating to it. I attempt to do that using modern language and phrases to show that each person in scripture, like all of us, struggled with their faith, emotions, and family.”
Michael is the author of the Journeys of the Remnant series and Fisher of men series.
