Born in 1978, Judith Coleman was raised in Atlanta, GA, from a middle-class family. Demonstrating a keen sensitivity towards those struggling from an early age, Judith grows up with the knowledge that life can be tough, and it's up to us to get back on track.
This awareness led her to apply in 1997 to the Faculty of Psychology at Clark Atlanta University to learn more about the causes of suffering and how to address them effectively. During her academic years, Judith became primarily passionate about the branch of women's health care, focusing her scholastic efforts on researching practical techniques and innovative strategies to cope with the most common causes of psychological distress.
Today, Judith is an independent counselor specializing in emotional recovery from trauma, abandonment, and extended periods of stress. Her books aim to provide a practical approach to personal well-being for getting back to loving yourself despite life's ups and downs.
