Ilary Dicostanzo is an award-winning cognitive behavioral hypnotherapist. She is also a certified holistic nutritionist and an expert of weight loss. Ilary graduated from Stanford Medical School and earned her Ph.D. from the Meiji University of Integrative Medicine in Kyoto, Japan. She has become a leading expert in her field, having often been asked to speak at several top named seminars across the United States, including the American Hypnosis Association, the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, and the American Holistic Health Association. Ilary has helped train countless others from hypnosis academies and holistic nutrition programs. She has worked alongside some of the top name experts in the world (like Dr. Sebi) and is cementing her role among those austere ranks. Her passion for helping others achieve their health and nutrition goals turned to writing. With the understanding that knowledge is meant to be shared, Ilary has decided to take her lifetime of learning and write various books on hypnosis and holistic nutrition. The satisfaction she finds from seeing patients change their lives based on her approach is the richest reward. Ilary currently lives in New York City with her husband and their two children. She enjoys classical music, meditation, and healthy cooking.
