Fernando Viveros was born in Mexico City (1960). Reader and permanent traveler. Analyst of hypermodern life. Doctor of literary creation, cultural promoter, music lover and percussionist; Doctor of Law, diplomat, educator, rural teacher in Africa and India; walker.
Within an avant-garde literary project, he writes a pentalogy of novels about hypermodern life that deals with human passions, emotions and contrasts in themes that link the future with the present of hypermodern life: genetic programming and technological insertion into the human body to improve performance, the loss of human freedom by hypervigilance of algorithms on the internet and social networks, the dilemmas of space colonization and the claim to extend human life expectancy. He has published the novels Candidez, The Light, And we will remain us, Resistiremos and SOMOS. He has presented them, with great acceptance of readers, at the International Book Fairs in Madrid, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Chihuahua, Guatemala, Panama, Havana, Bogota, Zócalo de la Ciudad de México, Palacio de Minería; at the Casa de México in Spain in Madrid, Spain, at the Cultural Center of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in Lima, at the Public Library of Medellin, at the bookstore of the Economic Culture Fund at the Gabriel García Márquez Cultural Center in Bogota and at multiple bookstores and reading groups in Mexico City.
