Dale McLeo was born in New York in 1965 He was the second son of a Long Island middle-class family. His parents ran a sports store in Queens where Dale spent most of his afternoons after school. Since childhood, Dale has been passionate about personal growth, devouring books upon books that have allowed him to develop significant skills at a young age. He had a brilliant university career, graduating in anthropology with honors and taking a master's degree in business management. Dale currently lives in Manhattan, where he runs his management consulting firm. He is happily married to his wife Sabry, from whom he had two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in chess tournaments, playing golf, and walking through Central Park's trees with his golden retriever Leo. Through his books, Dale has helped thousands of people regain control of their lives, both private and professional.
