Chris Baker was born in Western Australia, (father Chief Petty Officer of the Navy and his mother Librarian). He grew up in Western Sydney and joined the Australia Army Reserves at age 23 and served for several years, he works full time and has worked interstate.
He is a first time author of action/sci-fi. Silence is Deafening was intended as one off, this is the first of a series.
Chris lives in Western Sydney with his husband and an attack cat. Writing is his hobby and when he is not writing, he is working full time and loves watching in no particular order Big Bang Theory, Walking Dead, Game of Thrones to the Marvel saga’s, Star Wars and Superman. Only at Christmas does he watch Die Hard and Die Hard 2.
