In relation to giving advice about healthy diet, nutrition and lifestyle, Anne Peterson has probably the biggest qualification – her quest started in her twenties, being a mother of two children with developed gluten intolerance. Since than, she grew in to passionate protagonist of healthy diet and lifestyle and from teaching in arts high school, she had to switch entirely to increasing number of parents, children , man and women seeking advice and guidance about health and nutrition. Her books are not meant for those searching after long reading and theoretical medical statistics. He is writing short manuals , guides with practical and effective solutions, information and tips. Her 1st book published in late 2014 Newbie Starter Kit - 'Lifesaving' ABC Golf Instruction is aimed clearly on her passion - game of Golf. About this, she told to a reporter: "I simply never planned to publish books. I love direct and personal dealing and approach to my clients as a professional and with my friend and family in my personal life. However recently, immense pressure created by well wishers and friends helped me to understand how and why I can help people with my books. Example of Sifu William Lee, great author and personality who's work change the lifes of so many people offered me additional inspiration. I see now - writing these books, putting my experience in form of practical manuals that people can use with ease, was one of the best decisions of my entire life." Having two children with gluten intolerance had forced Anne Peterson and her family to many tribulations, experimenting and searching for best ways to live on a gluten free diet. That developed Anne to a level of expert in the field of nutrition, healthy diet and lifestyle.
