Anna Richland (she/her) writes award-winning romances about geeky characters falling in love. She is a former US Army officer and ex-lawyer who now fills her days with imaginary people and very real coffee. When not wearing pajamas at her computer, she takes watercolor painting classes, plays decisively mediocre pickleball, and maintains a fifty-year habit of reading too much. She lives with her quietly funny Canadian husband and two occasionally-resident young adults in a very old house in Seattle. Raised in the Midwest, she’s lived on both coasts and visited more than twenty-five countries, half of them courtesy of her former army career.
