Very easy to listen to to and understand he has a way of explaining things that everyone can relate to , I have listened to it twice now and come out feeling better and with more understanding about yourself

This book is not written in an organized manner. The whole of the book does not even properly explain as to how to do meditation. Most of the space is wasted in describing 'mindfulness' in a very abstract manner. Don't buy it
