I knew nothing about this beautiful love story before I listened/read it. Only that it was recommended by someone in a online group I'm in. I've just been blown away by this amazing story with meaningful characters and so very well written (by now one of my top five authors!!) Do yourself a favour and get on this story and then when years from now its a top selling movie (like The Notebook) you can say 'I read that book!!' beautiful narrating as well by these two well spoken people. Loved it!!!!

Heartbreakinly beautiful

I don’t usually go for emotional reads, I feel them too much and they hurt. But this one called to me. I listened to the audio and nearly gave up a couple of times because I could see the story was about to hurt. Thankfully, I only listened for a couple of hours each day, so then I was able to fortify my heart and go back in.
I still cried, I laughed, I loved, I wanted to murder Nanette. The emotional range of this book is impressive and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would’ve liked more to the ending and I’m hoping the extended epilogue will give me all the closure I need. Amazing writing.
