Reclaim your sexuality, feminine power, options and self-love through Kara King's profound How To's. Having an open mind and being courage enough to apply these principles yields wonderfully pleasing results with all men - the good and the ones you best avoided anyway. I read this book and the second book years ago and now I've bought the audio to listen and refresh, I'll also be buying the second book in audio format. Must have in any woman's toolbox whose willing to shift her romantic relationship interactions with men.

Wonderfully read and has some amazing advice. Ladies do yourself a favour and listen. Highly recommended.

This is interesting to listen to on its topic, but I have to stop short of wholehearted recommendation. While there are some good perspectives on there for general self respect, it is told in such a way that comes across as a bit bitter in parts. I can't work out why, either, there just isn't the need. She apologises in the beginning, in advance, because she feels she may offend some readers. She swears (the f*&^ word) for emphasis, when really, it would be so much more intelligent to deliver the point without doing that. I wasn't 'offended' per se, just felt she could have delivered more impact and commanded more respect without.

There are several parts to the book which come across as man-hating, even though the point of the book is apparently to find a relationship with mutual respect. There's an example given from the author's own experience, for example, when she found her date 'rude'. She left him in the restaurant and wholeheartedly recommends the reader do the same. Perhaps many would find this good advice? I found it a little immature. There are also a few occasions where she makes assumptions about women in general. As I didn't fit her mould, it suddenly didn't feel as though she was talking to me anymore.

I have listened to Evan Marc Katz and Matthew Hussey who write on the same topic. Both manage to do so without sounding petulant. Both of their books left me feeling positive and energised. Once again, this is not a total bomb, but lacks the lustre it needs to be considered really great.

In a world of so called sexual revolution, this books tells you that woman haven't gone far enough. I highly recommend that every woman should read this and every woman should pass it on to their daughters

The language and the way the author delivered her message is quite "raw" and straightforward. I really like her message, especially the final chapter. It reminds ladies to value our female sexual purpose as it is to bear lives, not to satisfy some guys' sexual needs. The message is powerful, valuable though sometimes appears sexist. However, if the language is toned down to neutral, if the language is not to the extreme feminist, I would have given a 5 star.

Seemed realistic

I was told this book was pretty good but definitely not for me. I feel it’s man bashing, very old school mentality, I had to stop and think is this really how women should be. Totally about games. I did not like it all.

I feel like this book over looks the power of a woman’s brain, personality and other parts of what makes up a woman and puts too much emphasises on the pussy. I feel like even suggesting women should get a boob job if they want to is unnecessary, what if young insecure girls listen to this book and it puts an idea in their head that plastic surgery might help them find a partner? ( it won’t)
