loved the information in the book, it is for sure a different way of looking at connection. The put into practice will take practice, though looking forward to integrating it all. The narrator was easy to listen to.

This book encompassed the energy and intention of tantra compared to the western way of sex. It compared relaxing rather than tensioning, making love on a journey rather than having sex to come.
The downside was this book didn’t give many practical examples of how to achieve this. However still an insightful take on tantric. Definitely something to learn from this book. 3 out of 5 stars.
