About this listen

"My life was complete. Happy, content, everything neat and perfect. Then it all changed. I was sold."

Tess Snow has everything she ever wanted: one more semester before a career in property development, a loving boyfriend, and a future dazzling bright with possibility.

For their two-year anniversary, Brax surprises Tess with a romantic trip to Mexico. Sandy beaches, delicious cocktails, and soul-connecting sex set the mood for a wonderful holiday. With a full heart, and looking forward to a passion filled week, Tess is on top of the world.

But lusty paradise is shattered.

Kidnapped. Drugged. Stolen. Tess is forced into a world full of darkness and terror.

Captive and alone with no savior, no lover, no faith, no future, Tess evolves from terrified girl to fierce fighter. But no matter her strength, it can't save her from the horror of being sold.

Can Brax find Tess before she's broken and ruined, or will Tess's new owner change her life forever?

Tears for Tess is raw uncensored dark and decadent delight. It makes fifty shades look like a young adult romp in comparison. The emotion it dredge from me is indescribable. The passion, danger and dark and dangerous needs of a broken man and the dark desires of a young woman and their twisted yearning of the flesh and the need to dominate and to submit gives this story the edge and filled with unrelenting passions. The narrative is excellent for both narrators, the conveyed every emotion that the characters felt and it made me feel everything.

Look this is one of my favourite genres but this book was hard to get into for the first 4hrs.
I love the narrators and the characters it was just a little long winded to get to the good stuff and make sense.

The French accents are to die for! I would recommend a read but just be aware it’s a slow burn at the beginning

Slow burn… but worth while sticking it out

Jacob Morgan speaking French. I'm sure the Vatican decreed it sinful to listen to Sighs

So hot, so sexy

Loved this audio book so much! I'd struggled to get into the book while I was in a bit of a reading funk then came across the whispersync option. Sooooooooooo glad I did! Great story, brought to life with fabulous narration. OK, so not a lot of effort went into making Tess sound like an Aussie, but that's easily forgiven thanks to the French accent both narrators delivered. Really worth a listen.

Dark, sexy and perfectly narrated

Whilst I liked the narrators overall skill at the story, our main female character is Australian. Very disappointed that we didn’t get an Australian narrator.

Australian main caharacter…but American narrator
