Wow. I read previous reviews, and I remember one about it being too much and toxic. That's okay, as we all appreciate different things, bit Beau... he's the sort of MMC that makes you want to move to Montana and become his 'baby girl'.

No space, no distance. Is there any of us that would give everything for that?

The family connection between Beau and the other Barnett boys was fantastic. I can't wait to see how they all play out.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible. The voice actors did a great job of bringing the characters to life.

The majority of the book takes place within the space of a week & Beau was to controlling, possessive & manipulative for my liking. He wanted her to give up her job, move in with him & stop having girls night with her best friend, he didn't even let her go to the bathroom alone. Even Bonnie's father was complicate in Beau's controlling behaviour. Claims he has been watching her for a year, but didn't act on his feelings until another man showed interest. He was too much for my liking.
