About this listen
I made Tom’s morning tea and chatted with the new intern Nathan in the break room. He was working on a project with Harrison’s team. Apparently, he had pitched an idea to Harrison, and he immediately fell in love with it.
Before I could congratulate him, I was summoned by an upset-looking Tom who stood in the doorway. When I handed him his tea, he walked off, not even saying a word. A frown formed on my face as I headed back to my office. Trying to think of what I did wrong swirled in the back of my thoughts.
My foot tapped against the floor as I wrote out the finances of the company Tom signed with. Time passed by slowly, and Louis kept spamming me with texts.
