About this listen

The Power of the Single Word

Okay, so you are making noise now. You are groaning and sighing and that is great. Now we need to add some language. Do not panic. We are not writing poetry here. We will stick to one word at a time. This works for beginners because you cannot mess up one word. It is direct and gets the job done without overcomplicating things.

Start with "Yes." When your partner touches you somewhere you like, say "Yes." Say it like you mean it. It tells them they are on the right track. If they move their hand and it still feels good, say "Yes" again. Repeating it reinforces the pleasure and builds confidence for both of you.

Then use directional words: "More." "Harder." "Faster." "There." These are instructions. You are the GPS for your own body. Your partner cannot read your mind. If you want more pressure, just say "Harder." In the heat of the moment, brevity works.

You can also use names. Say their name. People love hearing it during intimate moments. It makes the experience feel personal and connected. Pet names can work too, but using their actual name is always a safe and effective choice.
