This is my favorite book series in the Alien Romance Genre! I wish it had 20 more books like the Ice Planet Barbarians. All 4 books are equally unique, fascinating stand alone stories, that connect through their overlapping characters in places. I listened to all 4 in one weekend and re-listened to them several times til then.
The plot is surprising, the world building is realistic and lively and authentically alien with a truly different culture. The characters are unique and have depth. And contraire to some people's opinions — I love the narration imitating the growly language of the warriors, as well as the female narrator. I think these books have movie quality - maybe one day...sigh.

Absolute life-like authentic Alien Romance
