she repeatedly says NO, tries to call the police to get help and tries to escape, so that is rape. he raped her. and just because a woman has an orgasm during the sexual assult doesnt mean it isnt rape. it is a natural occurrence which a lot of surviver of rape feel ashamed and embarrassed about. and yet the author uses this to justify the rape scenes. NO! THAT IS NOT BDSM.
my husband and i are into BDSM, as well as a few of our friends, and this is most definitely not something any of us would find acceptable.
if the author is going to write about a subject at least do the research. bdsm is about feeling safe and secure while exploring sexual desires and fantasies, not forcing sexual assult.
i managed to get 3/4 of the way through this book but the constant rape, sexual assults and mind games that the male perpetrated sickened me.
