Anne Erni serves as Chief People Officer at Audible, leading global people strategy and workplace experience across the company’s global hubs. Since joining in 2016, she transformed Audible's talent ecosystem and integrated People Principles throughout the employee journey. Previously, as Head of Human Resources at Bloomberg L.P., she created the company's first Global Leadership Forum and scaled the organisation during significant growth. At Lehman Brothers, Anne served as Managing Director and Chief Diversity Officer while bringing 15 years of P&L experience from trading desk and corporate finance roles. She holds BA and MA degrees in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
