Story
The story is set in an unnamed Italian city (perhaps Venice) at carnival time in an unspecified year, and is about a man taking fatal revenge on a friend who, he believes, has insulted him. Like several of Poe's stories, and in keeping with the 19th-century fascination with the subject, the narrative revolves around a person being buried alive - in this case, by immurement. As in "The Black Cat" and "The Tell-Tale Heart", Poe conveys the story from the murderer's perspective.

Great Story average performance
The Raven will always remain a masterwork of poetry written by one of the best poets of recent history. However in this performance I think the narrator lacks passion or tone in the voice makes it sound reminiscent of a reading in front of an English class in High School. I think you should be able to hear the fear/discomfort in the character's voice. I also wasn't a huge fan of the sfx not that their presence was bad just could be improved on.
