"The Fablehaven series is generating buzz as a contender in the fantasy-adventure genre to replace the Harry Potter franchise." (Hollywood Reporter)
"Like Harry Potter, Fablehaven can be read aloud in a family with as much pleasure for grownups as for children." (Orson Scott Card)
"Featuring plenty of heroism and hilarity, Fablehaven is rich in creatures, magic-working, and hard-fought battles." (Kirkus Reviews)
"Love Fablehaven!!! These books are fantastic fun!"
This is a must for children or anyone for that matter. The whole series is a must read but this one in particular has a few of my favorite elements. The other magical creature preserve they visit is spectacular. The pacing is perfect, the descriptions really bring you there, this is a magical vacation. Now I'm just waiting for the rest of the series to come up.
It's fun and light and magical.
E. B. Stevens is not my favorite (sry) but favorite characters abound none the less. Patton is an obvious standout and the voice of the demon was well done.
Forget Hogwarts, leave Narnia behind the real adventure awaits at Fablehaven! (please god say they are making these into movies!)
Not to be missed.
"Not that big a fan of Stevens."
Don't really like Stevens read of it, voice inflections are in the wrong places to me but love the stories so can be looked past.
"Great book and series!!!"
I loved this one the most so far. The first two have been really good but this one has had the most action so far. At this rate they can only get better.
I've read these before and will read them again love the story and the twists it takes. great for any age too!
"Romance Ruins Magic"
I guess I'm a non romantic person. I understand and that Kendra is growing up, but really she's like 13. Do we have to rush it. And I understand the religion, but sometimes Kendra sounds so dumb.

I love Fabelhaven. I've read all the books. Listening to it brought it to life again.
"ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ!!!!!"
I HAVE LISTENED THIS SERIES 6 TIMES, AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN BORED! It helped me with writing exiting sentences, and better vocabulary. It is also full of twists and turns in the events in the book. I would strongly suggest this book. It would probably be best to read the other books first though :P
"This book was awesome"
This book was very exciting. They lived up to the expectation that I had from the first two books. I highly recommend it.
"Fantasy well thought out"
Have been very happy and pleased with this book and series.. Am looking forward to obtaining the complete series.. Will be looking for other books by this same author.
