Die Menschen stehen der außerirdischen Technik hilflos gegenüber. Viele hassen die Fremden - der Widerstand auf der Erde formiert sich, ein bewaffneter Konflikt droht. Und alle hoffen auf Perry Rhodan. Dieser ist jedoch im fernen System der blauen Sonne Wega gestrandet.
