Pretty good, but...

Carol Berg's imagination is incredible. Unfortunately she does not believe her readers have any capacity in this area. The story is marred by being overwritten. Too many metaphors and similes which left me grinding my teeth wishing she'd just get on with it. This fault is especially frustrating in an audible book as you can't skim. Despite this I'll go on to the last of the trilogy as the actual story is captivating. Kevin Stillwell gives a creditable performance.
