Always a good story by Larry Correia. I Wish it was longer. Iove Oliver's performance too, never change the narrator.

Not quite as good as the ones before but still nice escapism. Oliver is a great narrator.

thrilling and interesting keeping you guessing, introducing many new awsome characters. worth reading and a great addition to the series.

Missing the spark of otherbpoks in the series.
Considering the quality and complexity of other MH novels, this one felt a little like painting by numbers. The plot was on rails with little oppprtunity for the characters and humor, and a Deus Ex Machina finale made me throw up my hands. Up until that point, I'd pegged the story at three stars. So down to two for taking a shortcut with plot.
I expect a lot of gory, funny goodness from Larry Correia. Alas, this book did not live up to the standard of other books in the series.
On a positive note, the audio performance was, as always, world class.
For fans of the MH series, this is still a must read or listen. But don't expect to be submerged in the world as with other books in.the series.
