The latest trilogy by a best-selling author.... Mia Montrose is a 21st-century Australian woman with a doctorate in ancient languages who has just scored the most promising job of her career. When Mia experiences mysterious happenings and forces beyond her control, she begins to understand that history does not always stay in the past.
Ashlee Granville is a 19th-century clairvoyant, forced to suppress her talents as she enters the marriage market of English upper-class society. But Ashlee is not a girl who likes to bow to the inevitable – she has plans of her own.
Lillet du Lac is a 13th-century woman, priestess of an ancient order now protected by the Cathar faith, who are making their last stand against the Roman Catholic Franks at the giant hill fort of Montségur. As the castle falls, Lillet escapes with something more valuable than any of their lives.
Despite the time, distance, and cultures that separate them, these women have several things in common. They belong to an ancient bloodline of Grail kings, protected by a Sion knight named Albray, and they are each compelled to visit an ancient mountain in the Sinai. This mountain contains the keys that may unlock a gateway to a dimension of light and the Gene of Isis.

Well, there wasn't a lot of bodice ripping, but it definitely fits into the "Outlander" type of style. I'm not a fan of perfect main characters that can do no wrong and this is the case here. I didn't love it and I won't be reading the rest of the trilogy, but I didn't mind finishing it. There's a few eye-roll worthy moments, but the reader is absolutely fantastic. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great either.
The first "if you loved Da Vinci Code" book that has really dazzled me but above all, the most masterful narration I've ever heard. A very, very safe bet and this recommendation comes from someone who finds 3 out of 5 downloads impossible to finish...bravo.
"amazing author need the restbof the series"
i absolutely kove Traci Harding she is an amazing author audible needs the rest of the series urgently
"Wonderful twist, turns and little known history"
Spell binding, unexpected flips in story, one of those books you wonder how it's going to end but don't want it to end. Truly enchanting.
"Romance not SciFi or Fantasy"
Perhaps I misread the book description. I expected science fiction, not a romance / bodice ripper. The idea - sensing auras of emotions - is a good one. Maybe it gets developed after where I gave up, which was somewhere in the second of the three parts.
"Gene of Isis"
Brilliant book if you like Egyptian history/story telling and the belief in other parallel universes. Believable voices in character. Although got a little lost with all the time and dimension changes, the reader did an excellent job of remembering each characters voice.u
I found the story it self an interesting and engaging subject but I found the dialogue of some of the characters to be rather cringeworthy. I'm not sure if this was down to the deliverygiven by the narrator or the content of the dialogue spoken between characters but it felt cheesey and unbelievable in parts. However once a few chapters in I was mostly too engrossed in the narrative to notice.
"What a tale!"
I thoroughly enjoyed this book although it is of a genre I don't usually read. I found I needed to run it at 1.5 speed because the reader, although very good, was very slowly spoken most of the time.
"Great and compelling Read"
Mysteriuos, full of strong women and mystery.
The storyline is masterfully made a great mix of overall tension and some fun. You have to continue hearing ;-)
It reminds me a bit of "Reflections in the Nile" (Time Travel Series) by Suzanne Frank but I think it is better.
I love how one women can impersonate with accents and the sound of her voice so many people and even men so nicly!
Absolutely loved this book. The way Traci Harding has tied together so many subjects and made them work, it could make you question your own opinions on life. Again for any dyslexic out there who enjoys the free fall of imagination when you get lost in a story, this is one for us :)
