Publisher's Summary
Former freedom fighter Carlos Montero, now in his 50s and burdened with the responsibilities of leadership. Manuel Castro, the Savant and former Lieutenant Governor of New Florida, now a hermit who may hold the key to the survival of those whose company he has renounced. Jonas Whittaker, the genius inventor haunted by the loss of the wife and daughter he sacrificed to save. And Morgan Goldstein, an entrepreneur seeking to exploit Coyote's natural resources - even if it means ruining the planet itself. American revolution retold as a space story
By the time you get to this third book in the series, you should know what to expect.
Peter Ganim does a great job of narrating the story of the continuing adventures of the colonists of Coyote.
The storytelling feels very much like the classic sci fi stories of the late 60's and early 70's and I recommend this story to anyone who enjoyed the first two books.
