Chapter on forgiveness

I love Jack’s style of writing, and how easy it is to follow a path with heart. Once you are aware, and have switched to this conscious heart-centered level of intention, a new world opens. I have followed a spiritual path since 1989, when I trained as a Pranic Healer. Then, I added a new level of awareness with Reiki training in 2002, and again, my Art of Living training in 2019 with Gurudev (Sri sri). Art of living is the largest non-profit base of volunteers in the world. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a highly respected spiritual teacher and leader and has sat in on several international high level peace talks at a Government level and lead the British Parliament in meditation sessions. Now, I live in Bali, Tapa Brata and 6-days of silence with Pak Merta took
My further on my quest of loving kindness and leading from the heart.

In the book, Jack leads you to understand interfaith wisdoms and Chapter 3 which includes the guided instructional meditation practice of forgiveness is incredibly powerful. A saving grace for me, when I fell from grace. With loving kindness, and the practise of forgiveness, which is a significant spiritual life lesson, I found my way to this book. I have reread it several times. Highly recommended.
