The content matter is something that has far ranging consequences for the health of humanity.
I found the lists were very hard to digest pardon the pun in an audible version of this book. As the names and instructions or medical terms were quite hard to comprehend this is when I was wishing I had bought the hard copy not the audio version.
Still good content but difficult to enjoy.
It is really well vulgarized for general audience to understand and apply the eat clean live dirty plan.
