We only have ourselves to blame!

What hope as a species do we have if we continue on the path of know ignorance.

All for the sake of the dollar in the now, but at the cost of a future.

This book was so informative and eye opening, a must listen for any health conscious person.

Poorly written

This book has great information but is written in a way that makes it difficult to stay interested. Plus is full of anecdotes which are irrelevant to the rest of the book and I'm still confused as to why they are in there.

Good content, not so good audio

The voice changing between an older deep South guy who reads out the chapter titles to Anthony reading the chapters themselves was quite jarring and also confusing.

The content of the book itself is quite good but with the above and also a few recording issues I could hear in this audiobook (there is one time where is sounds like Anthony had dropped a marble or pen or something and it is heard bouncing off the table) made it hard to get entirely engaged.

Overall, pretty good book with some pretty concerning info in it but it’d be nice to have the audio work redone for future listeners

issues with the narrations

for some reason the main voice sounds like he has an attitude and the other voice is like a robot. I could not focus on the content because I'm distracted by the voices. actually disappointed I think the hard copy book is better for me.
