Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is here updated by Jamie McIntyre for the 21st century.
Think and Grow Rich is the seminal work by the well-loved and world-renowned Napoleon Hill, a contemporary of Dale Carnegie. Originally published in 1937, Hill's money-making secrets are as powerful today as they were then and can change your life forever. After interviewing over 500 of the most affluent men and women of his time, Napoleon Hill uncovered the secret to great wealth, based on the notion that if we can learn to think like the rich we can discover wealth and success.
This exciting, updated, and revised edition for the 21st century provides examples of men and women who, in recent times, exemplify the principles that Hill put forward, including the inspirational stories of such top achievers as Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, the Google co-founders, and the co-author, all of whom have used the Think and Grow Rich principles to great success. These strategies are still just as valid today.

The narrator spoke too fast and I had to slow the tempo to 0.75. The southern accent wasn't the best fit for the book either. I did enjoyed the Australian accent at the beginning of the audio book. Apart from that, the story was great and something I will continue to read over and study.
Good book, no doubt. I liked the chapter summaries as well. However, listening to the narrator was like driving nails into my brain. Not to sure where they found the narrator or why he is in the narration business. HORRIBLE. If you are considering this book, please listen to the sample. If you can stand the narrator more power to you.
They reading it to fast. There no space in between
"Selling the book too much! Making me scream!"
Ok, I just listened to a story ending 37:00 minutes in this audio book and it is getting annoying to hear story after story that refers to later sections of the book. It is 37 minutes into the book and the author is STILL selling the book. At 40 minutes in he is still saying, "that is why this book was written" I hope this book improves. Right now he is repeating himself over and over and even OVER AGAIN about hyping up the importance of this book. Please just get on with the actual book and lessons.
I was very interested in listening to this book, however, the narration makes it extremely difficult to process. There is absolutely no breathing space anywhere in the narration. The sentences run on together and the narrator talks really fast. I believe it was edited this way, since there is no way someone could talk like that (without leaving room for breathing). Unfortunately, this makes it so that there is no room to process each sentence or idea before the narrator moves on to the next. In between the chapters there are long, cheesy piano interludes and moments of silence, so I don't know why they added in that stuff but didn't leave room in the narration for the listener to absorb the content.

"Think and Grow rich but please learn to read first"
That was the worst reader I have ever had to painfully listen to.
The reader has no idea what punctuation is, no pauses for commas not even a period has a pause in it.
He reads through this book so fast along with the lack of proper punctuation, it's even hard to see where one paragraph ens and the next starts.
Absolutely terrible to listen to. The book is fantastic, but the reader really leaves you wondering what the book says.
I would fire him in 2 sentences. No question one of the worse I have ever heard.
Why I rated this a 3 is because the book is one of the best reads you'll ever do, but the reader is terrible.
Many in depth details of success via vision and thought. Excellent case studies through past decades.
