In The Rhythm of Life, Matthew Kelly exposes the lifestyle challenges and problems that face us in this age obsessed with noise, speed, and perpetual activity. Kelly's message rings out with a truth that is challenging and unmistakably attractive. Who you become is infinitely more important than what you do or what you have. Are you ready to meet the best version of yourself?
The Rhythm of Life is a brilliant and clear-eyed rejection of the chaotic lifestyle that has captured the world, written with common sense, humor, and extraordinary insight. This book is destined to change lives!

"Not completely in line with book, but still worth every penny"
This audible book has a couple parts skipped from the actual book. And it also have 1 whole 50 minute segment repeated. I still give it 5 stars. Great message and I would recommend this to anyone
"Extraordinarily Provocative Listen"
I loved it. It is a refreshing reminder to be the best version of myself.
"First sentence was the best."
Everything after that either supports it or regurgitates the theme. Good confirmation but not eye opening.
Many deep insights that will help you to become the best version of yourself.
I think this book should be assigned to every baby when it is born and read once per year, to and by, every human. No matter your religious belief, these are simply straight forward irrefutable facts of life. I have always detested the victim of life way of thinking and living. This book calls it as it sees it. Unarguably. I consider myself to be highly analytical and cautious of "theory." None of this was theory. It simply is how life works, or doesn't. It's your choice. Always is, always was.
This should be required reading in every Catholic High School. I am 62 and much of the book outlines things I have come to learn through life,. It was refreshing.
I loved the clear, inspirational philosophy of life put forth in this book. I believe that if these principles are applied in one's life, success will be the result. I recommend this book to all who want to make the most of their lives.
" READ THIS NOW"
WOW!!!!! to every human struggle that Kelly discusses it is always followed by a reasonable and doable solution (I.e. commit to working out 1x/week; commit to reading 10minutes/day; RELAX on Sunday by going through old photos, spending time with someone you haven't seen for a while). I would also recommend Mark Mansons the subtle art of not giving a f*ck as both authors held similar perspectives for many topics!
"A bit repetitive"
This book was good. I really liked what it brought to the table.
It is a bit repetitive. But then again, I appreciate that to an extent. It takes that sometimes to understand the point.
I would recommend this, but I wished it would have had just a bit more to it.
I would listen to this book again because it was full of exact things that need to be done to improve your life physically and spiritually
"A positive contribution"
This book has some little gems of advice but its extremely repetitive in places and needs some reformating/rewriting. I found myself wondering how many times "the best version of yourself" was mentioned, a little frustrating to keep hearing the same terminology but overall, contains some great advice and ideas.
"Nice ideas but hard work"
The principle behind this book is great but it is very repetitive and difficult to listen to.
"Take control of your destiny "
loved it. A good book on how to become the master of your own destiny.
